Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in MEP supervision (preferably in the UAE)
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Civil Defense regulations and international standards
- Ability to ensure timely execution of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and CCTV installations
- Experience in managing subcontractors and technicians on-site
- Skilled in preparing daily progress reports and communicating with project managers
- Capable of handling multiple fit-out and project assignments simultaneously
- Valid UAE LMV driving license
